Empress Tavern (opened September 2015, under the executive management of Michael Thiemann) is a full service restaurant focused on exquisitely prepared rotisserie meats, local produce, and microbrewed beers (empresstavern.com). The Empress Tavern is constructed in place of the basement screening rooms that have not been in use since 2013. The Empress Tavern provides full bar and special event catering services throughout the Crest Theatre.
